Description
Saison Extra is a stronger version of classic Belgian farm beer. It has a complex aroma of fruit and spices and a lightly sweet maltpreg. At this beer, the fermentation temperature rises freely to a full 28 degrees C. It ensures good edema and a very interesting fermentation. To emphasize the earthly spice we have chosen to use English Fuggles as bitter humble. Saison Extra is especially good for crab, cutfish, many dishes of pork and chicken. Jamvel ripe, soft cheeses will fit well. A very useful food beer for many different dishes.
