A unique and distinctive beer in the international beerbrewing scene. Sixteen is its ABV, sixteen are the months this beer spends ageing in the wooden barriques. This gives the beer a deep complexity in its flavours, aromas and color. A true barley nectar with an ebony tone, dark and dense, that once in the glass emanates unusual aromas: from vanilla and nutty notes to malted ones, finishing with strong and clear toasted and maderized scents. It has a good minerality and a gentle sweetness.
