Oak-aged Belgian Tripel
The self portrait, to artists of all mediums, is a traditional exercise in self reflection. This exercise is used many times throughout an artist's career as a way of continually assessing where they have come from, how they have progressed, and where they are going. This process enables an artist to see their comfort zone in order to push beyond it. It is only fitting then that we brew our inaugural beer with a bit of self reflection in mind. We are taking this opportunity to brew a beer that exhibits our brewers' collective & diverse years of experience while at the same time exploring a beer style we haven't brewed often.
