Noticeably and refreshingly tart but also mildly malty sweet with more Black Cherry, slight oak, a bit of citrus and vanilla.
Conditioned with a blend of wild yeasts and bacteria in used red wine (American white oak) barrels for 2 and a half years.
Made with Pilsener and dark crystal malts and Nugget Hops.
