Description
A tribute to masters of the style, our Tripel pours clear golden with candy floss-like foam, decadent lacing with fruity esters and spice on the nose alongside clove, allspice, pepper plus hints of banana and citrus. A soft, malty, 'crusted bread' aroma holds the aromatics with a hint of evergreen hops. Drinks smooth with a medium body and dry, rich, 'bready' malt flavour bending to a pleasant warmth and solid bitterness. Finish in long and satisfying. Dangerously drinkable.
