Description
Brewed in the California Common Style, this light amber brew has the unique flavor of a warm fermented lager and Pacific Northwest hop. In the 19th Century, California brewers were unable to control fermentation temperatures so; they were obliged to use their lager yeast at temperatures warmer than customary for traditional lager.
