Imperial stout brewed with szechuan peppercorn, star anise, fresh ginger, and pu’erh tea. Lashings of dark chocolate, smooth spicy ginger, followed by hints of kola nut and aniseed. Dried, umami-rich mushrooms with a tingling sensation kick up the rest of the taste before sizzling away on the tongue.
