Beschrijving
The style of this beer is a Belgian Triple : a strong blond ale (8% abv) with a tenacious complexity. It is brewed with several special malts imparting a great body and a nice creamy white foam to the beer. Next to a balanced bitterness, four aromatic hops are generously present : two from Alsace in France as well as two American varieties. Their contribution to that beer is without doubts a perfect match : exotic fruits combined to the delicacy of white flowers like elderflower as well as spicy notes binding these aromas perfectly to the phenols brought by the chosen one, our special Triple yeast strain!
