Description
Our new Belgian-style Tripel ale made with a complex blend of malts and 100% real sugar. Pilsner-like in body and appearance, with layers of crisp malt, candy, and a balanced hop finish. This Belgian-style ale was aged in Apple Brandy, Bourbon, and Rye Whiskey barrels and then blended together. The sharpness of the Belgian yeast we used is smoothed out greatly by the time spent in barrels.
