Description
Wild Ohio is mead in its most traditional form: simply honey, water and yeast. It’s our mission statement in a bottle. We make it in Columbus from local honey and only sell it in Columbus. We use local wildflower honey, which is minimally processed and never boiled to keep the nuanced, light flavors of the honey in the finished mead. Slightly sweet and delicate, Wild Ohio pairs well with spicy foods and makes a sensible start to a number of our signature cocktails.
