Dry Hopped Kölsch.
No Label is a postmodern, postgender non-binary brew; the world’s first beer made with transgender hops. Brewed with whole hop bines that have spontaneously changed from female to male, no label goes its own way. No Label balances a light, biscuity dryness from the malt base with delicate hints of fruity esters gifted by the fermentation. Finally, dry- hopping adds a layer of new world tropical & pine flavours that add a unique twist to this classic Kölsch style beer. All profits from the sales of this beer were donated to LGBTQI+ events organisers Queerest of the Queer.

Sympa cette approche du dry hopping sur une Kölsch. Ça reste léger et buvable tout en apportant cette petite touche houblonnée qui change tout. Dommage que ce soit un peu cher pour le style.
Excellente surprise cette Kölsch houblonnée ! La fraîcheur du style allemand se marie parfaitement avec les houblons, donnant un côté floral très agréable. Parfaite pour l'apéro d'été.
Concept intéressant qui fonctionne bien ! La base Kölsch apporte cette buvabilité allemande tandis que les houblons donnent du peps. Manque peut-être un peu de personnalité pour être exceptionnelle.
Brewdog frappe encore fort avec cette version moderne de la Kölsch. Nez fruité superbe, bouche désaltérante avec une finale houblonnée bien dosée. Une réussite totale !
Belle robe dorée et mousse fine, arômes d'agrumes au nez. En bouche c'est équilibré entre la légèreté de la Kölsch et le caractère des houblons. Une bonne session beer.
Rafraîchissante à souhait avec des notes herbacées et florales bien présentes. L'amertume reste mesurée, typique du style, mais le dry hopping apporte cette dimension supplémentaire appréciable.
