-Brewmaster's Exclusive- Known as Desert Spoon, the Sotol plant is similar to its cousin, the agave. Harvested wild in the desert the heart is fermented and distilled creating unique flavors picked up in this beer. Toasted cedar, sage, vanilla and caramel all mingle together in Desert Spoon.
