Belgian style blonde ale, light and refreshing, yet still full of flavor. Inspired by the monastic brewing tradition of Belgium, the flavors resulting from the simplicity of this ale are surprising. Fruity esters balance with a clean malt sweetness, rounded out with a crisp dry finish with a hint of floral, Noble hops.
