Beschrijving
This is our darkest and most heavy regular offering. It is virtually black in color and features rich roasted malt flavor with a delicate caramel and vanilla finish. It is carbonated and served with the use of nitrogen gas, giving the Black Water a beautiful cascading pour and thick, creamy foam atop your glass. Made with only the freshest American malts and English hops.

Putain elle envoie du lourd cette Black H2o ! Franchement goûte ça si tu passes dans le coin, c'est du très haut niveau. Noire comme un puits, crémeuse à souhait avec ce petit côté caramel-vanille qui tue. Ma nouvelle chouchoute !
Pas mal du tout pour une oatmeal stout. L'avoine apporte cette texture crémeuse recherchée, les saveurs sont harmonieuses. Cependant elle ne sort pas vraiment du lot comparé à d'autres références du style que j'ai pu gouter.
Correcte cette stout mais sans plus. La robe est effectivement bien noire, les arômes de malt torréfié sont là. Par contre je trouve que ca manque un peu de caractère, c'est assez classique dans le style.
Très agréable découverte lors de mon passage à Minneapolis ! Belle complexité avec ces notes vanillées en fin de bouche, vraiment bien équilibré. Juste un poil trop sucrée à mon goût mais ça reste une excellente stout.
Magnifique bière ! Dégustée tranquillement chez moi hier soir, j'ai été bluffé par la richesse aromatique. Le travail sur les malts torréfiés est remarquable, la finale caramel-vanille sublime l'ensemble. Minneapolis Town Hall Brewery signe là une très belle réussite.
