Description
This is the only lager in our seasonal rotation. The dark brown color and foamy head give the impression of a stout, and the incredible richness of the roast doesn’t belie this impression. There is a distinct Noble hop aroma. The malty finish is in keeping with the style. The overall impression is of a dark beer, with the roasted character of a porter.
Expect to see it whenever I feel like dealing with the hassle of brewing it.
