Descrição
Funkadelicacy is a part of our Funk My Life series in a succession of hand-made beers produced in our Funk Cellar in La Crosse, WI. This golden beer is brewed with barley and wheat malts. Fermented by the wild native yeasts and souring bacteria’s of the Upper Mississippi River Valley. We then add Brettanomyces Drie before we age it in white wine barrels, allowing it time to take up the character of the wood and develop complex layers of flavor.
Pearl Street Brewery is a small, independent, and family-owned brewery. We proudly support our community and our extended communities. We work hand-in-hand with our local farm suppliers, creating true plow-to-pint beers.
