Our Black Dome Stout and Dynamite Brewing’s Guatemalan Huehuetenango coffee. Our old friend and original brewer Andy Gibbon helped pair this lightly roasted organic coffee with a beer he’s very familiar with. Chocolate and caramel notes of this Guatemalan coffee pair with the roasted malt flavors of the stout.
