Description
The Wild Wheat Wine Honey Ale has floral and rustic flavors that began with a generous foundation of pilsner and wheat malts. Local clover honey, two wild yeast strains and 14 months in red wine and bourbon barrels give this distinctive honey ale an earthy backdrop, notes of sweet tropical fruit and rich tartness. Savor accordingly.
Our Territorial Reserve series pays tribute to the pioneering settler and features limited run, barrel aged beers that highlight staple brewing grains in each offering. Our team continually scrutinizes and refines each vintage in a quest to perfect our vision for these styles. We hope you enjoy each beer's uniqueness from year to year, and its evolution between our barrels and your glass.
