Description
Refreshingly tart and effervescent, Wolf Eye Berliner Weisse features lemon character with subtle honey and grain notes in the background. A light lactic sourness is produced by an initial fermentation in our kettle prior to boiling. After the boil, we complete the fermentation with our house ale yeast. This creates a beer low in bitterness and pleasantly acidic, this German ale is exceptionally easy-drinking and satisfying.
