Beschrijving
The September hop harvest is a once-a-year opportunity to brew with fresh hops, also called “wet hops.” Given the perishable nature of just-harvested hop cones, they are shipped overnight to Great Divide shortly after harvest. The morning of the scheduled hop delivery in Denver, Great Divide’s brewers begin brewing Fresh Hop and are ready to hop the beer just as the fresh hops are delivered.

Sympa cette pale ale aux houblons de septembre ! L'amertume est bien dosée et les arômes floraux ressortent nicely. Parfaite pour accompagner une soirée d'automne, même si elle ne révolutionne pas le genre.
Correcte sans plus cette Fresh Hop. On sent bien le côté 'wet hops' mais l'ensemble manque un peu de caractère à mon goût. La robe dorée est jolie et la mousse tient bien, mais j'attendais plus de punch aromatique.
Waouh, quelle claque ! Cette fraîcheur du houblon humide se ressent dès la première gorgée, avec des notes de gazon coupé et d'agrumes juteux. Great Divide a vraiment réussi son coup avec cette cuvée saisonnière.
Belle réalisation de Great Divide ! Les houblons frais apportent une dimension végétale intéressante, presque terreuse. Dommage que la finale soit un peu courte, mais l'expérience reste très plaisante.
Très belle découverte avec ces houblons frais ! Le nez explose d'arômes herbacés et floraux, vraiment différent des IPA habituelles. L'amertume reste mesurée malgré les 6%, juste ce qu'il faut pour équilibrer le côté malté.
