Pas mal du tout pour une IPA américaine. L'effervescence naturelle c'est sympa mais bon ca reste assez classique niveau goût. Correcte pour un apéro entre potes, même si j'ai bu mieux dans le style. Le prix est raisonnable.
Excellente découverte cette IPA américaine ! La refermentation en bouteille apporte vraiment un petit plus au niveau de la pétillance, et l'amertume est parfaitement équilibrée. Les arômes houblonnés sont complexes sans être agressifs. Une valeur sûre pour les amateurs d'IPA qui cherchent quelque chose d'un peu différent.
Franchement elle envoie du lourd cette Bridgeport ! Prise au hasard dans un bar a Portland l'année derniere et depuis j'en commande dès que je la vois. La mousse tient bien, ca pique juste ce qu'il faut et le côté pétillant change des IPA classiques.
